Unfortunately, people sometimes get a Boxer without realising the commitment it takes to own such a special dog. Boxers, being the energetic fellow's that they are, sometimes find themselves without somebody to love them, as their owners have failed to undertake the training that these boisterous dogs need. This, as well as various other reasons, quite often see's them ending up at shelters and pounds after being dumped, or their owners, for whatever reason, haven't bothered to find them when they have escaped their yard. Unfortunately, these Boxers would have otherwise have been euthanised. |
